Conference Registration
We encourage all participants to register by the deadline. On-site registration will open at 7:30 a.m., on Saturday. The specific location will be announced at a later date.
The registration website is set to close at 11:59pm on Monday, September 25, 2017.
Registration Fees
$90 - Early-Bird Registration Fee (by August 31, 2017)
$45 - Early-Bird Student Registration Fee (by August 31, 2017)
$100 - Regular Registration Fee (after August 31, 2017)
$50 - Student Registration Fee (after August 31, 2017)
The conference registration fee includes:
- Welcome reception
- Multiple coffee breaks
- Dinner at poster session on Saturday evening
- Conference materials
- Admission to all technical talks
Meals are not included in the registration fees. Meals will be on your own, but all of the conference hotels provide a complimentary breakfast. There are several dining options in the LSC, as well as in and around Fort Collins. Please ask any of the conference staff for local recommendations.
Cancellation Policy
All refund requests must be received in writing by email, fax or regular mail.
- Cancellation on or before July 31, 2017 …… Full refund minus an administrative fee of $37.55.
- After July 31, 2017 …………………………… No Refund.
